Milk: Does it do a Figure Good? - Mar 13, 2007

Katherine Zeratsky, R.D., L.D.:

Recent studies have brought an interesting topic to question: Do dairy products (milk in particular) play a key role in successful weight loss? This question has had scientist doing studies to prove or disprove this theory to the public.

The fact of the matter is that although in some studies it did show that volunteers taking dairy products in conjunction with a low calorie diet did lose more weight than those who were just watching their calories, it isn’t enough to prove positive weight loss results with dairy. In other occasions, the dairy product had no affect whatsoever with the person’s weight loss success.
